In early 2025, global investment firm Invesco announced its commitment to a new logistics development in Northern Italy: a temperature-controlled warehouse designed for Conad Nord Ovest.
The project was promoted and developed by FCV, which oversaw the entire process—from identifying the opportunity to defining the design and development strategy—confirming its ability to shape high-performance spaces tailored to specific supply chain needs.
